10:30am – 11:30am Gentle Hatha Yoga

Tuesday

9:00am – 10:00am Vinyasa Yoga

Wednesday -No Classes
 
Thursday

7:45am – 8:45am, 10:15am – 11:15am Strength training

Last Friday of the month (special booking)

7:00pm- 8:00pm Restorative Yoga
