Our Classes and Training
Presqu’ile Yoga and Fitness offers both fitness and yoga classes for students at every level in one-on-one or small group settings. Whether you are a fitness novice or an elite athlete, everyone who walks through our studio door is welcome, encouraged and accepted. Our fitness classes include a mix of cardio, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), weights, circuit training and balancing.
Our yoga instruction features strengthening, flexibility and breath work to connect mind and body. Our workshops will support the development of your yoga practice and promote the healing and emotional balance that we all need from time to time.

Yoga Classes
We believe yoga is for everyone. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to practice after time away, we have something for you. Our classes focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness supporting your total health and physical and mental well-being.
We offer a wide variety of class styles. Depending on your current fitness level and long-term goals, choose to challenge yourself in a power or vinyasa flow OR soothe and support yourself in a gentle hatha, or restorative class.
Group Fitness Classes
Presqu’ile Yoga and Fitness offers fitness sessions with an empathetic and caring trainer. Our fitness classes challenge everyone, from novices to experienced fitness buffs of every age, shape and size. We focus on proper body positioning and improving coordination through movement and muscle toning.
Small group classes (maximum 8 people) are a cost-effective way of training with others who can help motivate and challenge you to achieve your fitness goals.
Private Personal Training
One-on-one private training allows you to tailor a program specific to your individual goals and schedule. Arrangements can be made for in-home training if you are unable to travel to the studio.
No matter what option you chose, Joanne will help keep you motivated and inspired to achieve and maintain a strong mind and body! Strength, core training, balance, and flexibility are essential to your health.
